Trade rental, when the iron is idle

Our machines exist to run our own jobs. When one has a gap we rent it to another contractor — bare, to a company that already has a qualified operator on payroll. We don't rent to the property owner, and we don't send an operator with a rental. If you need the machine and the man, that's a job, and we quote it as a job.

Who we rent to

  • You are an active sitework, landscape, pool or general contractor with a business entity
  • The machine goes on your job, run by your operator, on your payroll
  • Certificate of insurance naming Siberienne as additional insured — GL plus rented equipment coverage
  • You can transport it, or you pay our delivery and pickup
  • Signed rental agreement and a damage deposit before the machine leaves the yard

Who we don’t

  • Homeowners and property owners — we don't rent to the person who owns the dirt
  • Anyone who needs the machine and somebody to run it — that's a service quote, not a rental
  • A first day on a machine you have never operated — we are not a training yard
  • Jobs outside our 60-mile radius, unless you pick it up yourself
  • Re-renting or subletting the machine to a third party

None of that is attitude, it's arithmetic. A bare machine on another contractor's job earns its keep during a dead week. A machine plus our operator on a client's job is the work itself — and the work is what we sell.

How a rental runs. Day, week or month, one day minimum. Fuel out, fuel back. Meter hours are yours; transport is billed each way if we haul it. Damage, tires, tracks and undercarriage sit with the renter — that's what the COI is for. If something mechanical breaks and it isn't abuse, that's on us: call us, don't keep running it.
Not a contractor?

Then let us do the job

Machine, operator, haul-off and cleanup on one invoice, the liability on us, and a written price before anything moves. For a single job that costs less than renting once you add transport, fuel, an operator's day and the risk of a machine you don't know.
